Also added was support for finding local peers (peers on the same LAN) and optionally not having any upload restrictions for them.

- BitTorrent is a peer-to-peer file sharing (P2P) communications protocol. Mấy cái đấy thường thì ko cần bận tâm, quan trọng nhất trong việc down torrent là forwardport. Còn mấy cái khác kệ nó cũng được, trong hầu hết các trường hợp thì cứ để df là ok.

Thực ra em cũng chả biết tracker nào nó ban tracker nào ko. Thôi cứ xài tạm 1.6.1 cho nó chắc, nhỡ cái mình đang cần nó lại block thì chít (^^)
