Sau khi tải về và cài đặt, bạn kích hoạt chương trình thì bạn sẽ thấy 1 jao diện sử dụng rất đơn jản.
Tại thẻ chính để chuỷên 1 ứng dụng nào đó đag chạy thành dạng thẻ, bạn có thể bấm load(add) new tab. Trong cửa sổ Select a window, bạn chọn lấy 1 chương trình ứng dụng đag sử dụng -> OK.
Chương trình còn cho fép bạn sửa lại tiêu đề thanh tab bằg cách ấn vào menu Tab chọn Tiltle, bạn gõ tên mới và nhấn ok là xong. Trong chương trình bạn có thể sử dụng fím Ctrl(shift) +Tab để nhảy tới các tab sau hoặc bấm jữ fím Ctrl rồi bấm số từ 1..9 để tới các tab tương ứng trong chương trình. Nếu bạn muốn đưa 1 ứng dụgn nào đó ra khỏi win tabber thì bạn chọn cửa số ứng dụng đó và vào Tab - Release. Ngoài ra chương trình còn 1 số ứng dụng nữa khá hay chờ bạn khám fá.

Rất hay, rất tiện nhưng cũng nảy sinh ngay 1 vấn đề là phím tắt để chuyển qua lại giữa các tab trong các ứng dụng có tab (Ctrl-Tab) ko dùng được. thay vào đó là chuyển giữa các tab của Win Tabber, thứ nữa là ko hỗ trợ Unicode hay sao ấy.
